Joining WorkEngine means becoming part of a growing group where independent companies combine their knowledge, experience, and expertise within the international workforce market.
The strength of WorkEngine is in connecting the different parts of the international staffing chain , while each label retains its own name, organization and ambitions. This improves alignment across recruitment, housing, employment services and support, without compromising independence.

Becoming part of WorkEngine means that your company becomes partially or fully part of the WorkEngine group with the knowledge, capacity and strength to support the entire international staffing chain.
For many entrepreneurs, this means continuing their business within a broader structure, with access to shared knowledge, resources and scale advantages. This strengthens the position of the company in a market that increasingly requires scale, structure and collaboration.

From recruitment and staffing to payroll and housing, different areas of expertise are brought together within WorkEngine
Combining volumes creates opportunities for efficiencies in purchasing, operations and knowledge sharing.
Payroll, back-office and legal processes remain within each organisation, with knowledge and expertise shared across the group where needed.

We start with an initial introduction to get to know each other. During this phase, we explore both organisations, ambitions and ways of working. We look at vision, entrepreneurship and culture to determine whether there is a strong foundation for a future together.
Once there is a solid basis, we take a deeper look at the organisation. We review activities, clients, team structure, market position, financial considerations and the role of the entrepreneur.
When both parties see opportunities, we prepare an outline proposal. This describes what joining WorkEngine could look like, including structure, responsibilities, autonomy and the principles of working together within the group.
When the proposal fits both parties, we move towards concrete agreements regarding the full or partial transfer of the company. The structure of the transaction, required due diligence and agreements are carefully prepared and documented.
After completion, the next phase begins: continuing to build together within WorkEngine. The focus remains on preserving the strength of the existing organisation while adding knowledge, structure and scale from the wider network.
Stronger together through a connected network. Within WorkEngine, you gain access to shared knowledge, capacity and support. We are happy to discuss how this structure could support your organisation.
